Orders on items that we have in stock will be dispatched within 1-3‭ ‬working days‭. ‬Made to order items we aim to dispatch within‭ ‬ten days‭. ‬On made to order items delays might occur during busy times or holidays‭. ‬If for any reason a delay occurs we will contact you directly using your provided email address‭.‬

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch‭. ‬We cannot be responsible for delays due to weather conditions‭,‬‭ ‬remote delivery locations‭, ‬sale periods or holidays‭.‬

Please be aware that the customer is responsible for customs and duty fees in any destination outside Norway‭. ‬For customers outside Norway, all shown prices exclude VAT. We are not responsible for any parcels returned due to unpaid customs fees and will not provide a refund under these circumstances‭.‬

Within Norway the prices shown include 25% VAT.

Order tracking

Once the order has been dispatched‭, ‬we will provide with an email containing the tracking number‭.‬

RETURN POLICY

You may exchange or return an item sold by tarinii.com within 14 days of delivery. The product must be returned unused, in the same condition it was received, in its original packaging, and including all tags. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions.

We produce in limited quantities, so exchanges are not guaranteed. We strongly encourage you to contact us at tarinii@tarinii.com before making a return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages. We do not provide return shipping labels.

Customs and duties costs, as well as the original shipping cost, will not be refunded.

For faulty or damaged items, please notify us as soon as possible. Items damaged due to normal wear are not considered faulty. We may request images of the faulty item before authorizing the return. If the item is deemed faulty, we will offer an exchange or repair if possible. If the item cannot be repaired or exchanged, we will offer a full refund and arrange the return of the faulty item.

To initiate a return, email tarinii@tarinii.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return.

We reserve the right to inspect any returned item before determining if a refund or exchange is possible. Once the inspection is completed, refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7-10 working days, subject to your bank's processing time.
